4) Indian Naval Ship (INS) Tabar, the Navy’s Talwar-class Russian built frigate, has just concluded a two-day naval exercise with the Italian Navy in the Tyrrhenian Sea.

8) The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced a special assessment scheme for Class 10 and 12 board exams for the 2021-22 academic session. The board exams for the 2021 batch will now be held in two terms with 50 percent of the syllabus in each term.
9) Marking a significant step towards worldwide visibility for Ayurveda-based clinical trials, five portals and four publications were launched by Ministry of Ayush.

12) Union minister Nitin Gadkari declared himself the "Brand Ambassador'' of Khadi Prakritk Paint, a paint made of cow dung.
➨The minister was inaugurating the new automated manufacturing unit of the brand which has been hailed as the country's first and only paint made from cow dung. It has been set up on the campus of Kumarappa National Handmade Paper Institute (KNHPI), Jaipur, which is a unit of Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC).

15) The Cochin International Airport Limited rolled out ‘Operation Pravaah’, a multifaceted infrastructure programme scoping to integrate flood mitigation projects already initiated by CIAL with District Administration and various local self governments.
➨Phase 1 of Operation Pravaah will be completed in the last week of July, while the second phase incorporates major construction activities including the construction of a regulator-cum-bridge (RCB) on the mouth of the Chengal Canal for Rs 20.40 crores.
16) Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB) has firmed up its plans to set up a Gujarat International Maritime Arbitration Centre (GIMAC) at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) in Gandhinagar.
