Do not let the problem of acidity increase :-
Acidity is a common problem, but that doesn't mean it should be ignored. With increasing age, many times this problem starts increasing even more. The good thing is that regular yoga can help prevent this. Everyone faces the problem of acidity at some point or the other. Due to excessive production of bile in the stomach, there is a burning sensation around the stomach and chest and sour belching starts. Acids in our body help in breaking down and digesting food, but due to many reasons the acid starts coming back towards the mouth. It is also called acid reflux. Not chewing food properly, drinking less water and smoking increase the problem of acidity. The problem of acidity can be overcome by taking many natural remedies and lifestyle modifications. Regular yoga also helps to keep it under control. According to studies, if there is a problem of acidity, a person also starts living under stress. According to a research published in the National Institutes of Health, doing yoga can help control and/or reduce symptoms associated with digestive disorders such as acid reflux.

• Drink enough water daily. Instead of drinking one or two bottles of water, drink a lot of water. Drinking green tea, fruit juices, soups, lemonade and coconut water are also beneficial. This reduces the infection in the stomach. The intestines remain healthy and nutrition is also available.
• Do not eat very spicy food. Avoid things made with many types of preservatives. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Avoid eating at irregular times. Take food on time and don't go hungry for a long time. It is very important to adopt this habit. 'Avoid eating too much or too little. Instead of eating a large amount once or twice, eat small amounts in small amounts. This improves digestion.

Ustrasana:-

Kapalbhati Pranayama:-
Practice Kapalbhati regularly. This generates heat in the body and the accumulated toxins come out. This gives relief in acidity. This asana also strengthens the lungs.
Pawanmuktasana:-
provides relief in digestive problems like constipation and gas. This asana puts pressure on the muscles of the back and lower abdomen and strengthens them. Improves blood circulation in the hip joints and lower back. The tension of the part is also removed.
Vajrasana:-
This is a very easy posture. It can be done even after eating. People who have acidity, they should do it after meals. This asana is beneficial for the entire digestive system. It improves digestion, reduces bloating and helps in alleviating other stomach disorders. It is also a good posture of meditation. You can also practice deep breathing and exhalation while sitting in this posture.
Halasana:-
Halasana is known as the plow pose. This posture increases the flexibility of the body and strengthens the abdominal and spinal muscles. This is an effective way to relieve tension in the muscles of the shoulders and back. Apart from this, this asana improves digestion. People who want to lose weight should also do this exercise.
Paschimottanasana:-
This asana strengthens the entire digestive system and abdominal muscles. It also helps in regulating the period and reducing belly fat.
