That is, 40 percent of heart patients are below 40 years of age. This figure is shocking for India. There is a lot of concern about heart disease in the world today. Heart diseases cause most of the deaths in the world. A study published in the 2018 edition of the medical journal 'The Lancet' revealed that heart diseases killed more Indians in 2016 than any other disease. According to this report, India alone accounts for 28 percent of the deaths worldwide. This is more than double the number recorded in 1990 when it was 15 per cent.
The study also found shocking information that these cardiovascular deaths were not among senior citizens, but among people under the age of 70, usually the breadwinners of the family. In such a situation, going home of heart related diseases in the young body is a matter of great concern for the country. According to the NCRB data of India, the death toll from heart attack has been increasing continuously since 2014. A total of 18,309 people died due to heart attack in 2014 and this number increased year by year and in 2019, 28.005 people died which is 53 percent more in 5 years. It is also a fact that as Corona arrived in the world. As it spread rapidly, it caused maximum damage to people suffering from heart related diseases. Corona seriously damaged people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. Many died at home due to breathlessness, stroke, sudden blow to the heart, whose death toll could not be recorded anywhere. Although many factors can be attributed to the increase in heart related cases, such as poor food habits, high blood pressure, air pollution, high cholesterol and smoking etc. But, according to the information, 54 percent of the cases related to these are the biggest. The reason for the risk is poor dietary habits.
In such a situation, it has become a challenge for the whole world that how to control this situation. On one hand the ever increasing heart patients, on the other hand increasing corona infection. Many functions of the heart are not able to function properly. The lethal result of this increases the risk of many types of heart diseases manifold. A few years ago, South Africa became the first country to limit the amount of salt in its basic foods, such as breads or soups. At the same time, WHO had also set a target of reducing salt intake by 30 percent by the year 2025. According to research, out of an estimated 23,000 heart patients in South Africa who eat salt every year, 5,600 people can die. If you are suffering from heart diseases, then reduce the intake of salt. Cardiologists recommend that we consume no more than 2.300 mg of salt in a day which is equivalent to a teaspoon of salt. Reducing the amount of sodium you add to your diet in a day is a good first step.

Trans fats are largely present in vegetable, margarine, various bakery products, meat lard and are also found in fried or cooked foods. People who eat more trans fat are more likely to suffer from heart disease and stroke. About 60 thousand people die every year in India due to diseases caused by trans fat, while this figure is more than 5 lakhs in the world. Trans fat is causing fatal diseases like heart, liver, obesity, diabetes and stomach related diseases as well as some types of cancer. The way in which the number of fast food, handcarts and roadside catering shops is increasing every day in India, where junk food is being tasted and eaten by the youth, many problems are being faced by the youth at a young age. This is also one of the reasons why the number of people getting sick due to trans fat has also increased rapidly. In view of this danger, in 2003 itself, Nauba completely banned trans fat in food. The World Health Organization has set a target to make the world free of trans fat by 2022. With the same goal of WHO, the Government of India has also set a target to become a trans fat free country by 2022.

In such a situation, some easy ways, by which you can keep your sugar intake regular, include exercising regularly. Regular exercise helps in stabilizing your insulin sensitivity and at the same time, helps in weight loss.
Exercise uses sugar and fat for energy and also helps in using sugar and fat for muscle contraction. If you have fluctuating blood sugar level then you need to keep checking it regularly to understand the food you eat and your workout.

Having bad eating habits is not only a big problem of this, but also, in today's fast-paced life, depression, stress and not going through the routine of life are also the factors of this. In today's time, the youth are constantly engaged in the rush to move forward, due to which all kinds of stress are surrounding them.
A youth is engaged in the race to succeed in life's career right from his school days. In such a situation, the race to always be on top, the worry of falling behind the other leads him into depression. Even after being successful in life, keeping yourself alive has become a big task. Many types of mental worries are having a negative effect on the heart. In such a situation, not only is the effect of corona directly on the heart and chest, but due to mental trauma, its effect is increasing even more.
